Dear Little Souls of the Legion of Vietnamese Little Souls Overseas,

Our warmest congratulations on this 25th anniversary of the Legion of Vietnamese Little Souls Overseas (1978-2003).

It was a wonderful grace from the Lord Jesus and his Mother to make you able to start the Legion in the U.S.A. for all your compatriots away from their country. And so soon after the spreading over the world of the book Message of Merciful Love and the start of the Islets of Holiness ! You have been one of the first Legions in the world !

During these 25 years, showers of blessings and graces have surely been obtained by your numerous members for your people and for the world.

I hope and pray that your Legion will go on to grow and prosper in the beginning of the third millenium.

May God bless you all with the fulness of his graces.
